Send the page and the figure. Fee schedules change without notice and a venue that quietly alters a tier is exactly the kind of thing readers spot before our next check does. Corrections are made and noted.

We are open to affiliate arrangements and we say so publicly. What is not for sale: a rating, a position in a ranked list, the removal of a criticism, or a review written to a brief. If that is the enquiry, this will be a short exchange.
