An independent site comparing crypto exchanges on measurements rather than marketing, with a market database we run ourselves.
Most exchange comparison sites republish a data feed and rank by whoever pays best. We do the opposite in both halves: the numbers come from our own collection across the venues we track, and the ordering of every list follows the measurement in its heading. The methodology page is the long version, including what we do when two venues disagree about a price.
Right now that means 6,063 markets across 4 venues, refreshed continuously.

Independent crypto research and market-data team
CryptoTrades.to is a pseudonymous group of crypto specialists active in the market since 2015. The group focuses on Bitcoin, exchange products, market structure and custody risk, and includes a trader with 15 years of market experience. Team members remain anonymous because connecting public identities to cryptocurrency activity and holdings can create personal-security risks.
How the site is funded
Affiliate commissions from some of the exchange links. That is the whole business model, it is disclosed on its own page and in the footer of every page on the site, and it does not touch the ratings.
