Short, because the site does very little with your data.

What we collect

No accounts, no newsletter by default, and no advertising trackers. The calculators run entirely in your browser: the numbers you type are never sent anywhere and are gone when you close the tab.

No analytics are running on this site at present. If that changes we will use a cookie-free product that does not track people across sites, and this page will say so.

Our web server keeps standard request logs, including IP address, for security and for measuring how fast pages are served. They are held on our own machine and are not shared.

Watchlists and Telegram alerts

Saved markets and browser-alert rules remain in local browser storage. If you choose to connect Telegram, we store a random device identifier, your alert rules, Telegram chat ID, username, first name and language code on our server so the bot can deliver those alerts. We do not receive your phone number. Pairing codes expire after 15 minutes and can be used only once.

Sending /stop to the bot pauses delivery. You may also request deletion of the stored Telegram connection and alert rules at the contact address below.

Following a link to an exchange

Affiliate links pass a code identifying us to the exchange so a signup can be attributed. That is the extent of what is transmitted from our side. Once you are on the exchange, its privacy policy governs, not ours, and those policies are typically far more extensive than this one.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction, you have rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data. Given how little we hold there is usually nothing to produce, but requests are answered: hello@cryptotrades.to.
