XRP (XRP) to USD converter
Use the calculator above to convert XRP (XRP) into US dollars or another supported fiat currency. The XRP leg follows our live multi-exchange composite; fiat values use dated reference rates and are identified separately.
XRP to USD is the rate most people look up. Ours is not one exchange's price: it is our composite of every dollar-quoted XRP market we track, weighted by volume.
Enter any amount above, or read the fixed amounts in the tables below. Both update with the live price.

How is the XRP conversion calculated?
We multiply the entered XRP amount by our current USD composite. For currencies other than USD, that result is multiplied by the displayed USD reference rate. Exchange fees, card charges, spreads and slippage are not included, so an actual buy or sale can settle at a different amount.
Why the XRP to USD rate differs between exchanges
Each exchange runs its own XRP order book. In our minute-by-minute measurement the gap between the highest and lowest venue averaged about 0.05 percent, double Bitcoin's, and it went above half a percent in about six minutes out of every thousand.
On a conversion of a few hundred dollars that is pennies. On a large sale during a fast move it can be real money, which is why the XRP price page lists every venue's price side by side.
XRP to USD or XRP to USDT: is there a difference?
Usually a fraction of a cent per dollar. Much XRP volume trades against the stablecoins USDT and USDC rather than actual dollars. Our composite includes USD and the dollar stablecoins we track, so a stablecoin losing its peg would show up as cross-venue spread instead of quietly moving the rate.
What affects the XRP to USD rate
Supply and demand across the exchanges, and the wider crypto market. In our hourly composite XRP moved with Bitcoin at a correlation of about 0.78 and its moves were about twice the size of Bitcoin's.
The 24-hour high, low and change above show how far the rate has moved today. The gap between exchanges shows how much the venues disagree right now.
What you actually receive when you sell XRP for dollars
The converter shows market value. What reaches your bank is that value minus the trading fee, any fiat withdrawal fee, and slippage on a large order.
Worked example: selling 1,000 XRP at $1.50 is worth $1,500. A 0.1 percent spot fee takes $1.50, leaving $1,498.50 before withdrawal charges.
How much is 1 XRP worth?
One XRP is currently worth $1.26 on our composite. The value and both conversion tables update after the page loads when fresh composite prices arrive.
XRP converter questions
01How much XRP can I buy for $1?
Divide $1 by the XRP price. At $1.50 per XRP, $1 buys about 0.67 XRP before fees. Most exchanges set a minimum order above $1.
02Will XRP reach $10 dollars?
We do not forecast prices. For scale: with a total supply of 100 billion XRP, a price of $10 would value all XRP at $1 trillion.
03Can XRP hit $20?
We do not forecast prices. At $20, the total supply of 100 billion XRP would be worth $2 trillion, which is the arithmetic any such forecast has to reckon with.
